Terms governing the use of https://verifieldnexus.com and the VeriField Nexus software platform provided by VeriField Technologies Ltd.
1. Operator & Agreement
VeriField Nexus is developed and operated by VeriField Technologies Ltd (Lagos, Nigeria). By accessing this website or requesting an organization workspace, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
2. Platform Scope & No Automatic Certification
VeriField Nexus provides software infrastructure for climate project administration, digital MRV, field evidence capture, geospatial monitoring, internal data quality review, and verification dossier preparation. Use of the platform does not constitute third-party validation, accreditation, endorsement, or issuance of verified carbon credits by Verra, Gold Standard, Puro.earth, UNFCCC, or any regulatory authority.
3. Account Provisioning & Security
Public access requests do not automatically grant privileged access. Approved organization administrators are responsible for maintaining credential security, enforcing role-based access controls within their workspace, and ensuring the accuracy and legality of all uploaded field observations, spatial boundaries, and laboratory records.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not submit fabricated field evidence, falsified laboratory certificates, unauthorized personal data, or malicious payloads, nor attempt to bypass tenant isolation or authentication boundaries.
