This Privacy Policy applies to the public website at https://verifieldnexus.com and the VeriField Nexus software platform operated by VeriField Technologies Ltd, based in Lagos, Nigeria.

• Enquiry & Access Request Data: Full name, work email address, organization name, country of operation, operating sector preference, and message content submitted through our Contact or Request Access forms.
• Workspace & Operational Records: For approved organization accounts, we process user role assignments, authentication logs, project boundary coordinates, field activity submissions, and supporting verification documentation uploaded by authorized personnel.
• Technical & Security Telemetry: IP addresses, browser user-agent headers, and request timestamps used strictly for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and security audit logging.

3. How We Use Information

We process collected information to respond to commercial and institutional enquiries, evaluate organization workspace onboarding requests, enforce multi-tenant access controls, maintain audit trails for climate project records, and protect the security of the platform.

4. Multi-Tenant Isolation & Data Sharing

Project records, geospatial boundaries, and field submissions within an organization workspace are isolated to that tenant and are only accessible to users explicitly authorized within that organization or designated read-only independent auditors (VVBs). We do not sell personal or project data to third parties.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

Enquiry records are retained only as long as necessary to address your request. Organization administrators and individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their contact information by contacting us at hello@verifieldnexus.com.
